Hamilton has written about boxing before, and unlike finance, high education, or most other things, he seems to actually know something about it and does an okay job.

Jordan, on the other hand, seems to have no skills whatsoever, and I look forward to him placing my eggs at the bottom of my grocery bag on my next shopping trip.

I definitely agree with you, but I also kind of wonder how welcome they would be across the other blogs.

I don’t know if you followed the drama before they unionized, but there were a lot of non-Gawker.com writers who openly complained about the process and how they felt they were being bullied for dissenting over it.
